Get an Instant, $10,000 Equity-free Grant!

1 Eligibility

• Only early-stage startups with either 10 lakh annual revenue or at least 10 paid customers are eligible to apply.
• Startups across all sectors are welcome; however, they must meet the revenue or customer minimums to qualify.

2 Application Requirements

• Participants must submit a 3-4 minute video pitch that covers the problem, solution, and key differentiators. (Upload as unlisted YouTube video or Google Drive before application)
• Additional documents required include a Pitch deck with all details showing problem, solution, team, revenue , traction , fund raise plan not less than 10 slides

3 Selection Process

• Out of all applications, 10 startups will be shortlisted to pitch live in front of a distinguished audience of HNIs, venture capitalists, and angel funds.
• From these finalists, one winner will be awarded an on-spot cheque of $10,000 as an equity-free grant.

4 Funding Terms

• The $10,000 awarded is a non-equity grant with no ownership provided.
• No additional funding is guaranteed, but exposure to investor network is provided.

5 Event Participation

• All documentation must be brought on event day.
• Participants must follow the event schedule and instructions.

6 Confidentiality

Money Conclave takes no responsibility for confidentiality or IP rights. Startups should protect proprietary information.

7 Compliance with Laws

Startups must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

8 Right to Disqualify

Money Conclave reserves the right to disqualify participants violating rules or submitting false information.

9 Liability Waiver

Money Conclave and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses.

10 Modification of Terms
